Exchange 2007 SP1? You are badly out of date - I would suggest updating to Exchange 2007 SP3 plus rollup 10. Is the BES up to date? It shoudl be on 5.0.4. <br />

Does the BESADMIN account have Send on Behalf of permissions? It shouldn't do - it should be Send As.<br />
