Vmware iSCSI Storage Connection

Hi,

I am unable to present storage to my Esxi5 host. Currently my storage device is an EMC Vnxe 3150 and the host is an UCS C22 w/ quad port nic for iSCSI. I have created the necessary vmkernels for the physical adapters, but when I attempt to add storage I am unsuccessful.

A few questions I am not sure of..

1. Do I need to change to name of the initiaitor to the one of the SAN?
2. Do I need to add an additional vSwitch to segement traffic?
3. Do I need to configure the physical nics presented to the host from quad nic, instead of the creating a software iscsi adapter?

Thanks in advance!

I just figured it out.. I noticed that I had a label for vlan within the vmkernel under the vswitch properties. Removed them and can now add storage!

Thanks for the help..
