We have an exchange 2007 server as part of SBS 2008.<br />
<br />
It is started to behave really slowly, particularly on the group folder to do with calendars.<br />
<br />
Looking at the number of entries, I suspect this is the problem, some of them have 30000 entries.<br />
<br />
I am happy to delete the old entries beyond 180 days as we do not need to look back that far.<br />
<br />
How can I do this in exchange as I have tried the archive function within outlook and it says I cannot do this on this type of folder :(
