Can you post the name and permission of the folder?  You need to provide more info than one line.

Check the /var/log/messege and security and the timestamp of the folder if there is any relationship.

through web based interface ,--> go to folder as shown--> change permissions .-->

delete the folder -->

it will not come back ..
