VLan issue for IP Telephony

we are planning to depoly a IP Telephone project in our company, and exisiting we have four cisco switchs and they are located in different floors catalyst 2960s and the core switch is 4900M , current production ip subnet is using 10.141.101.x , subnet mask 255.255.255.0 , i want to create a vlan for ip phone use, we planned to use ip subnet 10.141.102.x , and i have below concern:
if i create vlan 2, name as IPT for all the switchs , and i need to assign this vlan 2 to particular ports from the switchs, since the same switch port is serving computer and ip phone at the same time , coz for all user, the lan socket will first plug into ip phone, another lan port from the ip phone will plug to computer, actually computer and ip phone will be using the same switchport, how do i do in this case ?
1. how do i achieve to have vlan 2 assign to all switchport , while data lan is also using the same switch port
2. do i need to change the subnet mask rather to keeping 255.255.255.0 ? since data lan is using 10.141.101.x whereas the ip phone using 10.141.102.x , for example to use 255.255.0.0
3. also i need to change the MPLS router subnet mask ? in order to make intercom call to brand office site,

actually for data, is already using a default lan, i just need to create a vlan 2 for voice vlan, at the same time, i need to assign every ports in the switch is a default vlan & vlan 2 , coz ip phone and computer will be using the same lan socket, just wonder what is the command to assign multi vlan to a single port, and our company have1 core switch and 6 switch, i would like to use VTP communcation to spread the config to the rest of the switch, which VTP communication i should use , transparent mode ? Thx for answering my concern

I would like to create multi vlan on my existing cisco switch 2960S for our new IPT project, existing i have a default vlan , and would like to create a voice vlan for cisco ITP , just wonder how do i create multi vlan on single port, i have search through internet and found below command, but it shows command invalid, is it my version of the switch doesnt support "switchport mode multi" command ? and i found that from other post, if multi doesnt support on this switch model, there is another solution, they suggest to use turnk ? can you explain how to do that ? i though there is only single port need to form trunk link to other switch, Hope you can help with my problem, Thx !
