troubleshooting Question

Would like to have active directory automatically add printers for users by department

We have multiple printers here onsite and I'd like these to all be added for users based on the department they're in.  What's the best way to accomplish this?  Powershell?  Group policy?  And then how would I do it?  Thanks!
