If I have a user with the name John Doe Johnson, I can make an Email Address Policy that gives him the email address JohnDoe.Johnson@domain.com (%g.%s)

But I need to give him and all other with multiple first names an address like this: John.Doe.Johnson@domain.com

So my question is, how do I replace all spaces with dots?
