Hyper-V, Remote Desktop, More then one user access

I have setup hyper-v on my server, and install a VM onto it. I have setup remote desktop on my VM OS. I can access the VM from any desktop, but if I try to use more then one user it will kick the other one off. How do I stop this from happening?
