How to remove Internet security plus virus

Running windows XP and when I boot my computer it is starting up with "Internet Security (designed to protect) starts up and won't let me do anything else.

What do I do?

If you can not boot your computer in safemode without the message popping up you may need to create a selfbooting malware/virus repair disc. If you are able to boot in safe mode with networking as suggested above. I would use a tool called Rogue Killer and rkill. After these tools are used then I will run the malwarebytes application to finish the removal of the infection. Due not restart the computer after running rkill or Rogue Killer as the reboot may reinstall the infection, run malwarebytes first to finish the removal of the infection.
