Outlook 2010 Group Policy - Make only 1 CA Trusted

We would like to configure our outlook 2010 clients to only trust our local CA on site for digital signatures. Our goal is to make a secure environment so that when we send an email we can be sure that if the signature if valid, that we sent it because only we have access to our CA. Right now however, if I go on to Comodo Secure Email certificate publishing and request a certificate for my email address, and sign an email then the users still get "This sender is trusted", probably because Comodo is a trusted CA. However like previously stated we only want our CA to be trusted in Outlook, thank you

Bummer, so there is no option for 'only trust this CA' for outlook only?
Thanks for this, good to know it doesn't seem possible or feasible
