windows 2003 terminal server user access
I need to know how to block specific user from logging into our terminal server. I have a logged user getting into our terminal server but they do not have permissions anywhere in AD or Local. I don't know how they're doing it but I need to block them. Any help appreciated!
Hi,
Stop connectivity for a specific user in User Manager by opening the user account and selecting CONFIG. Here you can uncheck the box, "Allow Logon to Terminal Server." If you modify the user's domain account, the user will not be able to connect to the domain from ANY Terminal Server. The other options are specific to the Terminal Server on which they are set.

radhakrishnan2007,
where do I find User Manager?
where do I find User Manager?
go to Computer Management -> Users and Groups - > Users -> Select the User ID which you want to block -> Right click Properties -> Terminal Services Profiles -> Check Deny this User permissions to log on to any Terminal Server
Above you can do from Active Directory also.

In Active Directory you simply have to find the user who is trying to access the Terminal Server, Select the User ID which you want to block -> Right click Properties -> Terminal Services Profiles -> Check Deny this User permissions to log on to any Terminal Server
