Is there any way to setup outlook to directly maintain gmail contacts WITHOUT syncing?<br />

I have two outlook profiles (one for work(exchange) and one for gmail (personal).<br />
<br />
For my personal gmail outlook profile, it created a personal.pst, with my gmail account as a separate hive. &nbsp;I can drill down through that to get to the folder of mail, but when I add a contact, it goes into my local personal.pst and NOT my gmail.<br />
<br />
Because I switch between two outlook profiles (work and personal gmail), &nbsp;I don't want to use the gmail contact syncing tool because I fear it might accidentally sync my personal gmail to work if my work profile is active when the sync fires.<br />
<br />
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.<br />
