You can't use journaling, beacause journaling manage flow of messages, and in your case, messages are already in mailbox.<br />
You can export using Exchange Manage Shell<br />
You can also use Outlook, with the export options to a pst file that allows to manage filters and exclude folders

Need to archive Exchange mailbox. It has created many folders and sub-folders. However, some particular folders shouldn't be archived. What's the easiest way to do this ?<br />
