reverse dns?? How to. I am lost for email exchange

I know this is an odd question But I am lost lost lost when it comes to reverse dns. Do I have to set this up on the server side, or Domin host? or both or what. here is what I have
SBS 2011
Godaddy for my Domin provider
our mail is remote.domin.com

we can send and receive emails all day, unless the email is going to like AOL or Comcast and they cant do a reverse dns lookup on us. I have tried making a TXT file on godaddy, and I setup a new recorded on the DNS of my SBS server. I just can seams to finger out how to get this set up so all our email can flow just right out to the world.

hmm thanks for that info. I read some were that was the case so I reached out to my ISP and they clamed I did that with godaddy and not them. I reach out to godaddy and they said we don't do that. that's why I am so lost. I guess I will have to wait till we go with a  new provider witch will be soon, the ISP keep dropping like one to five times a day for us.  Thanks for the info and help.
You usually get pushed between ISP and domain host, usually by crap ISP's, but 99.9% of the time it is the ISP's job.

Hope you get it sorted soon once you change ISP's.
