permanent error moving mailbox from Exchange 2010 to 2013

Hi,

We are in an Exchange migration 2003 to 2013.
The first step migration 2003 to 2010 succeeded.
Now we installed Exchange 2013 successful but moving the mailboxes to the 2013 database fails at all mailboxes we tried.
Please can You advice me to fix this?

Kind Regards,
Jacob Romkes

Thanks, the Get-MoveRequest command showed my migrations from Exchange 2003 to 2010, the Exchange admin center did not. So I overlooked them. After removing the old Requests the migration succeeded.
