extract data from a .dmp file
I have been send a .dmp file which contains our data but I need to extract it into a SQL Server database.
I downloaded Oracle Express but ran screaming after one look.
Is there any easy way to extract data from a .dmp file into a SQL Server file or do I need to use Oracle Express to set up a database, extract the data and then move it across?

The documentation for the Oracle import/export utility can be found at http://www.oracle.com/technology/index.html.
