I have a customer that has a Cisco ASA 5505 firewall. They have a vpn setup with another location that also has a Cisco firewall. Recently there was an abrupt power outage (I guess this is the only kind that there are) where the 5505 is. Since that time the computers may pull a 192.168.1.* ip, which is what they should get, or they may pull a 192.168.2.* address which is incorrect. Repairing or disabling the adapter a couple of time reverts the address to the correct scheme. This happens when the pc's are started. I can not login to the 5505. We don't know the password.
