Archving for Outlook 2010
Using Outlook 2007 Archiving function, I can start at Inbox folder and archive each sub-folder under it.
However, on Outlook 2010, it doesn't work and I need to go to each subfolder and start the archiving.
Any idea ?

There is a Archiving flag in the Properties of each Outlook Folder. I had to go through my folders and set most of them to Archive. Once done, archiving works very well on all folders.

It doesn't relate to modifed / recevied date as I have already changed it.
It seems that archiving at Inbox level doesn't look at subfolder under it..

Did you look at the properties for each sub-folder?
It is a pain to change them all, but that is what I had to do: Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013.

What do I need to change on the properties of each sub-folder ?
It works fine if I archive on each sub-folder but not on the Inbox folder level.
