Changing a room in a Meeting Request and selectively advising attendees
Hi All,
I have set up a number of meeting rooms as room mailboxes in our Exchange 2010 installation.
We set up a meeting with some internal, and some external clients, or other associates.
There are occasions where we need to change the room that the meeting is being held in, and we need to advise the internal staff of the change, but for the external client or associate, they don't really need to know. (change from room 1 to room 2 doesn't mean much to them, as it is still in the same office.)
We would like to be able to selectively send out the update notification.
Is this possible?
Thanks in advance

Assuming that you're the Exchange admin or that your Exchange admin is willing to create the transport rule. I should have qualified my answer by saying it's not possible to do it in Outlook alone.
Unfortunately, that's not possible.
