Windows Server 2003 R2 32bit Domain to a new 2012 Server Essentials Server Migration
We have a small business with 12 users. I have an existing Domain running on a Windows 2003 R2 Server 32 Bit and I have to move it to a new server that will have 2012 Server Essentials.
Is there a path to migrate the 2003R2 the Active Directory Domain to the new 2012 server?

This article is comprehension but it is for 2012 Server and not 2012 Server Essentials, which is just a rebranded Small Business Server. So I am trying to go from regular 2003 server domain to a 2012 Small Business Server (aka Essentials) one.
Is the process the same for the two?

To which article are you referring?
The links I posted are specifically for 2012 Essentials.
Afraid Essentials is not "just a rebranded Small Business Server", but it is as close as you will come. A lot of features have been removed and licensing is quite different (no CAL's)

RobWill, you where spot on! Using the Migration tool did the trick, though I had to turn on DFS service on the old server before 2012 Essentials Migration tool would allow for installation to continue??????
Thanks for you assistance!

If you can transfers the FSMO roles so your new server is the Master, change your clients so they have the correct DNS (this should all be handled through DHCP unless they are set statically) and then demote your old server you should be good to go.
Read through that thread though, it has a lot of great questions and things you will run into if your are not an IT guy. I would recommend hiring a company do it if your aren't experience because you will run into problems.
