Problem with Published Desktop in Citrix XEN

I have a published desktop running an application. Recently a vendor upgraded the app and afterwards it wouldn't work for all the users connecting. The app was upgraded under my login and works, I was told to copy to the profile that runs all the users. I copied the icons to the Public\User profile but it still didn't work.

I have managed to get 90% of the users working now by deleting their profiles and letting them be recreated although it seems to create a new on each time for example I have 4 e.g.

jbloggs
jbloggs.domain
jbloggs.domain.000
jbloggs.domain.001

Even so it still continues to work all except one user I have removed the profile and logged in but when I click the app it says:-

"Verifying Application Requirements. This may take a few moments"

Followed by

"Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor"

Users do not have access to the C drive and this is XENApp Centre 6.

I am completely stuck as vendor says it is a citrix problem.

Can anyone help?

Are you using Citrix Profile management?

Annpurna37 thanks, the 2nd link has fixed the multiple profiles but the real problem is that I have 6 users on this published desktop and the application works for 5 but not the 6th. Am wondering if there is a registry setting that is being held.

When I remove the profile it gets recreated. But when I log off it disappears so they must be using a "mandatory" one I suppose. It looks like the 6th user can't see the C drive of the server, I cannot see where this is set int he properties of the "Published Desktop" in XEN App Centre. I think if I can get to the C drive just once I can get the program working.
Answer below questions:-
How many servers you have in your environment?
Are you using Roaming Profile in your Environment.If not, then what is the profile managment Technology you are using?
You said it is working for 5 users not for the 6th user.
Is that 6th user getting problem always or servers are sellecting 5users randomly.
Problem was down to the vendor application in the end.
There were 2 parts and this fixed the profile problem. The other problem wasn't being caused by citrix in the end.
