XSLTListViewWebPart displaying a Unable to Display Web Part Error Message
Hi Everyone,
I am new to Sharepoint Administration, and am running into an issue with a DisplayForm view that we have on one of our lists in Sharepoint 2010. Our previous admin added two ListViewWebparts into the Display form, so that it would make it easy for users to access information from other lists based off of a common field. We recently noticed this error when trying to input new information into the list. The error message is as follows :
Unable to display this Web Part. To troubleshoot the problem, open this Web page in a Microsoft SharePoint Foundation-compatible HTML editor such as Microsoft SharePoint Designer. If the problem persists, contact your Web server administrator.
Correlation ID:f15fe904-0a72-4593-8d9c -2f0a1259f a57
I have attached our Diagnostic Log
Just to give a background of our environment, we have two WFE, one app, one crawl, one query servers. I have SPD 2010 on my local machine in the event we need to modify code or workflows.
Thank you for your help,
Dave

Have you opened it in SharePoint Designer as the message suggests?

Yes I did and was able to see everything fine through SPD but it only errors out when you view in IE. other sites were recommending to increase the XSLTTransformTimeout from 1 second to 5. I applied this change with the same error measage

After uninstalling the update from Web Front End, the content was rendered properly on the page. This has been also documented in other Experts-Exchange posts.
