Office 365 Hybrid 2003 cannot see cloud user free busy
We have Exchange 2003 on-premise
We have a Hybrid 2010 server
Currently Cloud users CAN see free busy for 2010 and 2003
Currently 2010 CAN see free busy for cloud and 2003
Currently 2003 can NOT see free busy for Cloud
I'm working with Microsoft but they keep looking at the cloud configuration and it's working between that and 2010 so I'm wondering if anyone else had any suggestions.

In Exchange 2003 users access free/busy using Public folder and PF is missing in Cloud, so you cannot access it. Better to move users to 2010 and get rid of 2003. 2003 is now very old technology.

I can do that for those I migrate next but how can I add it for those already migrated?
Move mailboxes to Exchange 2010 / Cloud Server

It is definitely an issue between 2003 and 2010 as 2003 can't see 2010 either.
I can move to 2010 then remote but for those currently in the cloud I need help to allow onpremise users to see them.

If the on premise mailboxes are on 2003 Server, they won't be able to see this information for mailboxes in the Cloud.
