Move Resource Room request to folder via Outlook Rule

I have a user who is the delegate for multiple resource rooms.  She doesn't want the requests to go to her Inbox because it gets flooded.  She would like to requests to go to a folder instead.  Is there a way to set a rule to send a request to a folder based on the name of the resource room?

Set the rule to look for a keyword that comes across with the particular email.  If in the subject or anywhere in the email, it consistently says "resource room 1" or "2" or "north" or "left", whatever it may be, then set it to move to that particular folder.

It shows the resource room name in the "Required" field.  What is the process in this case?  I tried setting a rule where it contained specific words in the recipient's address and put the email address for the resource room, but it didn't work.
When you say "Required" field,  is the results of this field being sent in the body of the email?

You can have a Outlook rule detect a keyword in the subject or body too,

The subject and body don't have the name of the resource room in the test we did.  Even if it did we want this rule to work based on the name of the resource room.  We don't want it to work if the user happens to type the name of the resource room in the subject or body correctly.
Do these rooms send from unique addresses?

We just need to find something unique and consistent in the email.   What's unique in this email?

Does it contain the words "resource room request"?
The user is the delegate for these resource rooms.  She receives the meeting requests to reserve these rooms.  The person sending the request can put whatever they want in the subject or body.

I need incoming requests for "RESOURCE ROOM 1" to be moved to a folder on arrival instead of going to her Inbox.  What's unique is "Location" and "Required".  Both show the name of the Resource Room as it's pulled from our Global Address List.
This is what the incoming meeting request looks like.  UMC CONFERENCE ROOM 1 is the name of the resource room and the Exchange alias.  I would like to be able to move messages with that name in the Location or Required Field into a specific folder.

Where does it show the name of the Resource Room?  The body, subject, email address?

Have you tried using Message Header?
User generated imageUsing something like this you can even separate the different rooms into different folders.  If you want all the rooms to go into the same folder,  make the keyword slightly more generic "UMC CONFERENCE ROOM" (no number).     This will put all UMC CONFERENCE ROOM requests into the same folder, regardless of number.
I tried it and it didn't work.  Also, after sending the meeting request I opened and looked at Message Options and inside Internet headers was no mention of the resource room name.  I assume you're not referring to Internet Headers but I thought I'd let you know in case.
Good morning.  Do you guys have any other methods I can test to try and get this problem resolved?

Thanks
