Hi there - we have a small office and a NAS located at our boss' home. He would like to be able to access it as a mapped drive at the office. We have two LANs (192.168.1.0 and 192.168.168.1) which are permanently linked over an IPSEC VPN tunnel (Netgear FVS318N router). The VPN works fine, can remote in between the two locations, print, etc.

The current NAS is a Netgear Stora, and we found out that this model cannot be accessed over a VPN tunnel (per Netgear tech support).

So, I'd like to replace it with one that works, but which one (that won't cost us an arm and a leg)? RAID 1 would be ideal. I've contacted Seagate, and they don't have anything, and Buffalo has not yet replied to my questions.

Could you please give me some pointers? Thank you!!!
