I wouldn't advise putting SQL 2008 Standard onto your SBS. &nbsp;You risk messing up the default SQL Services (SBS Monitoring etc).<br />

You're better option would be to put SQL on its own Server.

We currently utilize Windows Server Standard 08 with Microsoft SQL Server 08 Standard and we are upgrading to a new server with SBS 2011. Is there any way to transfer the SQL Server 08 Standard key to the new SBS 2011 server? We didn't originally install the software and need to figure out if it is possible and how to find they Key.<br />
