Take a look at this, this is a way you can use a filter to just select every third row. Then you could do just a mass copy and paste :) hope this helps!<br />

Thanks for your help. &nbsp;I also have another file that I need to insert a cell that says ENDTRNS above every row that starts with TRNS. &nbsp;Is there a way to specify something like that? &nbsp;There are a varying number of rows between the rows that start with TRNS.
