Event id 8207 Error updating public folder Exchange 2007

We migrated from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 a few months ago and have been getting the following error:

Event id:  8207
Source:  MSExchangeFBPUblish
Error Updating public folder with free/busy information on virtual machine.

I ran a get-publicfolder command and the Results are like this......

Name     : SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY
Replicas : {}

Name     : EX:/o=Company Inc/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYxxxxxxxxxxx)
Replicas : {MAILSERVER\Second Storage Group\Public Folder Database}

Name     : EX:/o=Company Inc/ou=First Administrative Group
Replicas : {}

I only know a few commands in EMS so don't know where to go from here to resolve this error.

I would really be appreciative of someone's expert advice.
