Hi, I have looked all over for this answer and only gotten close with one other asking the same question and not getting an answer.
Q: I have multiple users that need to be able to send out emails at 12 am all the time and when they setup outlook 2010 or 2007 through exchange 2010 to delay the send the email out it will not send. They of course are not online at that time, and the outlook and computer are shutdown. How can I get these email to sit on the exchange server as a delay send? Its becoming very frusterating for these users to set an alarm for 12 am and then log into the Terminal Server to log into outlook so the emails will send. There has to be a solution for this, and I find it hard that Microsoft would overlook such an obvious issue.
Also, if your answer could include steps or directions from somewhere.
Thanks ahead of time,
Kevin
