Two used tires with same tire wear.

I have a utility trailer with 4 wheels. One of the tires has an unusual wear look on one side.
Looking for a replacement, I found one 400 miles from me. The photo is attached.
It looks exactly like mine.
Do they come like that when new or is my tire and the tire 400 miles from me, that looks exactly like mine on the near side of the tread as you see in the photo, mean that my tire and their tire have experienced the exact same event?

The inside wear on my tire was due to a sheet metal screw that was hitting the tire as it turned.
A piece of sheet metal had been put behind the wheel and some of the screws came out and those did not affect anything. But a couple at the top had come out and the metal was not secure. I added new screws and replaced the one screw that had rubbed the tire with one with a smaller head.
So, the damage to the tire is 100% complete. There was a limit to how deep the top of the screw ate into the rubber. With a replacement screw and a small head, there is no rubbing.

Why my tire looked exactly like the one being sold on Ebay 400 miles away is unknown and never to be answered. I found the reason my tire wore that way.
