I have computers with windows 7 installed on it. I want to make a limited access user account in my computer so that users can only work on my computer and not able to install any thing on that computer and not able to change IP address of that computer. <br />

I also want that when computer starts, the system will automatically go into this limited user account and if administrator wants to install something then he will first logoff that limited user account and then logon with his password protected account to change settings.
