SBS 2003 Migration to SBS 2011 removing Exchange Connectors to finalize migration

I am trying to complete the steps in the MS Article "Migrate to Windows SBS 2011 Standard from SBS 2003".  I am at the point where everything is moved (I think) and I am ready to Dump the old server.  I am specifically at the point to  Delete the routing group connectors, but am confused.  I have a Connector (OldSrvr - NewSrvr) under first routing group in 2003 first admin group and another in the opposite direction under Exchange Admin Group showing under Exchange System Manager.  I don't see either in Exchange 2010 Management Console.  Am I suppose to remove both of these routing groups on the SBS2003 box?  I do not see ANY routing groups in the Exchange Management Console on the SBS 2011 box.  I also do not see any Public Folder in the Exchange 2010 Management Console, but I am sure I moved them.  Where might I find those?  Thanks for any help.

Thank you both.  I have split the points because each of you provided valuable information.  The demazter article was excellent and Alan answered my specific question.  Thanks again.
