Quickbooks Pro Question

i have a client that is hiring on another admin assistant and needs quickbooks access to the company file.
He currently has a SBS2011 server, so i did some research on Quickbooks, it says that Quickbooks pro can handle up to 5 simultaneous connections from the hosted file.

i was thinking of installing QB Pro on the SBS server and host it in multi-user mode. Ive read that intuit doesn't support this, yet, ive read that many people have done it without and issues.

my question is, could i purchase QB and install it on the server and on the 2 office PC's under the same license and have it work? im assuming not, but thought i would throw it out there.

also one more, the new assistant will be working remote from time to time. they have a VPN router and ive set up the Ipsec connections. will this work over VPN....

thanks for all the help in advance, just want to throw some questions out there.
