How to USE Multiple SMTP in MS. outlook

I need to use multiple smtp in Microsoft Outlook. suppose one of my ISP SMTP is not working and I have different ISPs SMTP without doing some manual work I need to get my SMTP server changed automatically in case of failure primary smtp.

please avoid telling me to configure multiple email account in Outlook i need to get all this work done automatically.

Mechanism should be like this:

System would check primary smtp if Primary smtp is not working it should be checked to secondary smtp and if secondary is not working then would again check to primary.

please advise me for this solution if anybody has any third party utility by which i can do this or any other solution.

You can only use one SMTP name, but your mail provider would hopefully have redundancy already built in to the point you are using.

If you are trying to meet some sort of business requirement with regards to email delivery, I'm sure your ISP would provide you with some documentation about the redundancy of their systems.
