Exchange 2010 shared mailbox access issue

Since moving a users personal mailbox to a new database they are unable to open a group mailbox to which they have permission.

run get-mailboxpermission -identity 'mailbox' and make sure he has the appropriate perms.

This is by design.  If an email is marked private, then it doesn't show in a shared mailbox.
It is possible to create a transport rule to change the sensitivity of emails sent to shared mailboxes to normal if private.

Set "Sensitivity" with "Normal"
