Partition Backup & Reconfiguration on Server 2008r2

Need some advice. I have a server with a RAID-5 configuration and I need to re-size some partitions. From an earlier question poised here on EE I am probably going to use Easeus software for the resizing. I need recommendations for an effective way to back up (image) the partitions just in case I have resizing problems. For sure I have to back up the boot partition (c:) and my data partition and have a good recovery plan. I prefer to make an image of the partition not just a back-up of the files.  Thanks

Thanks for the responses however they seem to miss the mark. IF something happens during the partition resizing and the server becomes un-bootable, then what? With it being a RAID-5 I would need to boot from something, get the RAID going and restore from the image basically doing a bare metal recovery. Or think of it as this, how do you back-up and recover an image of a RAID drive? Any more thoughts?
With Symantec, there's an ISO boot image that allows you to add 3rd party drivers if need be and then restore the image to the raid system.

You can also resize partitions on the fly during the restore.

Done it many times,a no brainer!

I sincerely appreciate the Symantec suggestion. From what I've read it sounds like a great product but I'm working with a small non-profit and $600-1,000 for this software is too much. Other suggestions are welcomed.
You can download a fully functioning 60 day eval for for free.
You don't need to buy it.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'm going to continue to pursue a RAID drive image solution that is a little more affordable in case I need to use it again. Looking hard at EASEUS backup for server.
Watch out for the Easeus stuff,I downloaded a freebie to do a quick copy of a new hard disk and it had malware embedded in it.

It was a browser hijack with Conduit Search.
I would be suspicious of their ftp site.
