I do have a live internet connection, same behavior.. I then disabled the network connection, and it still runs through the whole &quot;streaming office&quot; several minute wait, and then sometimes loads the actual app, other times the orange window will go away and nothing will load.<br />
<br />
I'm in the midst of trying a full uninstall/re-install.

I installed Office 2013 via. Office365, corporate user, onto a Surface Pro &nbsp;(Win8)<br />

Every time I try to launch any office product, I get an orange window that says Streaming Office with a 0%.. 100% progress indicator.. It sits there for well over a minute, and then nothing happens.. &nbsp; I tried &quot;Repair&quot; the install via Programs and Features, no luck..
