Does the Hyper-V that comes with Windows 2008 R2 handle disaster recovery well?<br />

Right now i have a windows 2008 r2 server running hyper-v. &nbsp;In hyper-v i am running a wind 2008 with an exchange mail server. &nbsp;If either of these servers fail i would need to migrate exchange mail to a new hyper-v instance on another physical server. &nbsp;How would this migration process work? &nbsp;Is it reliable or is there a better solution out there?
