Trying to use a Mitel 5330 IP Phone at a Remote users home office.<br />
I have and IPSEC VPN Tunnel setup with 2 sonicwall firewalls<br />
I can ping the Phone System Gateway and TFTP Server Address's from the remote( home office side)<br />
but I keep getting an error message on the Phone of<br />
TFTP Server Unavailable<br />
Is this a port forward issue, VPN issue, Firewall Policy issue?<br />
Please advise.
