Thanks for the reply. I guess my original was a little vague but in effect you have got it spot on. They want to upload the documents which can be Word/Excel &amp;&nbsp;JPeg/Gif and then merge them in to a single pdf which is then numbered automatically and given a menu.<br />

The Board Packs generally contain several differerent documents which are manually collated and then given a Menu/Page numbers before conversion to pdf . <br />
They want this process to be automated as much as possible and was wondering if anyone uses anything &nbsp;to do this or something similar and if there is a module/add-on for SharePoint which may accomplish this.<br />
