I know the permissions are fine, and we normally use 32bit systems to connect to RAS, but this is a new 64 Win7 client and we get the error message above. AD is configured to allow a remote connection for this user, I think the issue is that we are trying to connect from a 64 bit system.

Please follow the below given steps and do let me know if it works or not.<br />
<br />
1- uncheck the TCP/IP v6 &nbsp;<br />
2 - In options of remote desktop, &nbsp;tab ADVANCED, change the server authentications for : Connect and don't warn me. &nbsp;<br />
3 - Just below, in connect from anywhere, Settings... selected : Do not use an RD Gateway server.<br />
check the TCP/IP v6 and it should work.
