i tried to change port auto-1000 ,then computer lost network connection(cant ping),again i did auto-100 then computer again at network(can ping).<br />

J9021A is a gigabit switch alright. Cabling may not be up to spec. You could try using a tested CAT5e patch cord and connecting the same computer to the same port. --i did but result the same
