There is nothing special about doing it, and I haven't seen anything specifically for this scenario. It will just be a matter of installing the full products on the various servers and then moving services around in the usual way. Exchange is easy to migrate, as is the domain. <br />

If you have outgrown SBS then you are at the numbers where Exchange should be installed on to a seperate server. The SBS server would have to be rebuilt/replaced as well, hence the need for two servers. <br />
