Business Contact Manager mysteriously moving contacts to "Deleted Items"

I have installed BCM within Outlook for one of my users. However, after a certain period of time the contacts get moved to the deleted items. I've tried importing the contacts to BCM in a couple different ways but no matter what I try they seem to 'disappear'.

I've checked permissions at the database level (since this will be a remote shared BCM list) and have physically checked at their stations that they can delete, restore, edit, and create entries.  

I'm not sure where else to take this as everything I try seems to result in deleted contacts...

Any and all help would be appreciated
