Cell Phone Docking Station

Probably a strange question for Experts Exchange but thought I'd give it a try.

My vehicle (Lincoln) has the capability to link my cell phone via blue tooth like many other cars, I suspect. When my cell phone rings, I can answer it from my console, talk to the caller, adjust the volume if necessary and hang up when finished with the call - all without ever touching my cell phone.

I'm looking for a device I can purchase that would work exactly that way in my home. No land line or land line phones. It would simple detect when my cell phone rings, allow me to answer it (or not), adjust the volume if necessary, etc.

Is anyone aware of such I device and where I might go to buy one?

A bluetooth headset would do the same thing. I use mine all the time when doing dishes and the phone is not on me. I can read and send text messages and answer the phone without touching the phone.

I like the other options presented here as well.

A bluetooth speaker could work also I think. Check out this one on Amazon

Close Eirman but in reading the product specification, it doesn't get me all the way there. The Cobra seems to be a device that connects the cell to the home phone like most devices in this category. I'm not interested in connecting to my home phone. In fact, I don't even have a home phone.

What I'm looking for is when you walk into the house with your cell, it pairs with the device automatically. Ideally, it will pair with more than one cell if it has a different number and the cells have been preset. If a call comes in, you answer it from the device, you talk through the device so it has to have it's own amplifier, speaker and microphone with adjustable volume, etc.

I wear hearing aides so headphones are out.
You can use some of those devices without having a landline. I reckon that should pairup automatically with your cellphone. Then use the caller ID and handsfree speaker on the new handset.

I'll research some more tomorrow ... I'm very interested in these type of gadgets.

p.s. in what part of the world do you reside (so I can find something in your region)

Renny appears to be exactly what I'm looking for. I ordered one this morning.

Thanks for the help!
