create a Shortcut (.lnk) file on your local desktop for each of your Excel files.<br />
Then upload these lnk files to a SharePoint library.<br />
Perhaps you have to adjust the blocked file types in central admin and allow the usage of lnk files (remove the entry from the blocked file type list).<br />
