Hyper-V Replica
I know that I can configure Hyper-V replica from:
Single Host -> Single Host
Single Host -> SAN attached multiple hosts
Can Hyper-V replica also be configured from:
SAN attached multiple hosts (2node cluster) -> Single Host
Example:
Live Site Host 1 (VM1, VM2) - stored on cluster1
Live Site Host 2 (VM3, VM4) - stored on cluster1
Standby Site Host 1 - local storage only
Can I configure Hyper-V replica to:
1. Replicate ALL VMs from Live Site cluster (regardless of VM owner) to Standby Host?
2. Replicate a subset of VMs from Live Site cluster to Standby Host?
I know the Hyper-V replica feature is cluster aware using the Hyper-V Replica Broker going from single host to cluster...but unsure if it works the same in the opposite direction.
