Server 2012 file sharing
We have a program that relies on a local runtime, and all programs/flat files/etc exist on an NTFS share of a file server.
Just recently moved the folder and its data to Server 2012 and recreated the share.
Share Permissions are Everyone FULL CONTROL
NTFS Permissions are Domain Users Modify and all folders, sub-folders, sub-files
After 3 sometimes 4 users login, additional users are being locked out of certain files. Using PROCMON, i'll see a file lock not granted error. The same files on Server 2003 or 2008 will allow 40+ people access to the same files.
Is there anything that anyone is aware of that needs to be changed to allow more users?
Share setup shows simultaneous users as 16777216 so it's def not restricting there
Server 2012, Clean install, only file and storage service roles are configured.
