Convert a VB6 project to VB.Net

We have a very large VB6 program.  We are considering the possibility of converting this program to VB.Net.

Our question: Are there any programs available that are designed to either convert or assist in converting a VB6 program to VB.Net?  It has been a long time since we last investigated this and are hoping there might be something new and better than before.

I do appreciate the quick response to this question.  I Apologize for not responding to this sooner, but the programmer who is handling this has taken a few days off.  Will Get back on this as soon as possible.

Thanks,

Jack
BTW I don't think it's been specifically said here but even if you are able to produce an error-free application from the VB6 one, you will almost surely have a mess to deal with in the future and one that won't take advantage of the new features of .Net.
Thanks to all four of you for your quick responses.  I am awarding points depending on the number of comments posted by each of you.  I apologize for the time it took for me to respond, some times we don't have enough control of our time.

Thanks again,

Jack
