moving HDDs from one IBM x345 to another x345

We have an old IBM x345 : suspect the CPU board has failed because
when I connect up an LCD screen/keyboard to it & power cycled it,
the screen is blank though the NIC & PSU (Power supply) shows green.

All other LEDs are green.

So we took this pair of 36GB RAID1 HDDs to another spare x345 (which
has been decommissioned but was still bootable using its old HDDs) &
insert the HDDs into the spare working x345:

it can't boot up & gave several messages: refer to attached.  I recall I had
one case of IBM x3650 M3 which requires some preboot configs to be
'imported' if we move HDDs.

Q1:
Can we take an Acronis bare metal backup of these 36GB HDDs to restore
into the original HDDs of the spare x345 & hope to be able to boot up Ok?

Q2:
what must we do on the spare x345 for it to accept the HDDs from the
other server?

What error does it give at boot up? Your attach is not here. Does it give Windows BSOD?

Sorry forgot to attach the screens which I've now attached.

It can't even boot up, yet to reach the point where the OS
could BSOD.

I don't know how to the mporting of drive info?  Care to elaborate how
this is done?

A colleague said the RAID controller card from the old faulty server
may need to be ported over to the spare server, is this so?
